Summary
Korea Data Communications (KDT IDC) provides colocation, server hosting, network, and AI solutions through its Seoul-based carrier-neutral data centers (Sindorim, Mokdong, Singeumcheon) and the upcoming Dongtan GPU center. Use of services is subject to a written subscription agreement. Service is provided 24/7 year-round, with prior notice for scheduled maintenance. Rack types are classified as Quarter / Half / Full / High-BW / High-Power (AI/GPU) / GPU Dedicated (50kW+). Pricing follows the published rate card or individual contract; payment is due per contract terms. Early termination triggers liquidated damages: (a) ≥30% reduction: (monthly reduction) × (remaining months) × 50%; (b) full termination: (monthly fee) × (remaining months) × 60%. Customer is responsible for equipment custody and may not exceed contracted power, bandwidth, or rack space. KDT processes limited personal data (name, phone, email, company) only for service delivery, contract management, and consultation, retained for one year after contract end. CCTV footage is retained 30 days. Governing law: Republic of Korea; venue: court of KDT head office.

Privacy Policy
Korea Data Communications collects and uses personal information for the purposes of service provision, consultation, and contract management. Items collected: name, phone number, email, company name. Retention period: 1 year after service contract termination.
CCTV Operation Policy
Korea Data Communications operates CCTV cameras for data center security. The number of cameras, coverage areas, purposes, and responsible personnel are governed by the data center security operation policy. Video footage is retained for 30 days and then automatically deleted.
